In alignment with Sky’s target to be net-zero carbon by 2030, we are powered by 100% green energy and we&nbsp;have been carbon neutral since 2006. 
This has been possible through a series of operational improvements at&nbsp;our facilities, including&nbsp;increased&nbsp;biodiversity, renewable energy generation (solar panels and wind turbine),&nbsp;zero waste to landfill system, LED lights & sensors in all offices, equipment power down & rechargeable battery policies, elimination of single-use plastic, ethical make-up, wardrobe & scenery policies,&nbsp;toilets flushed by rainwater, and&nbsp;vegan&nbsp;& vegetarian options in our many restaurants.

Achieving albert Sustainable Production certification, max 5-leaves DPP Committed To Sustainability mark, and&nbsp;SSE Green certification,&nbsp;Sky Production Services is an albert Affiliate and&nbsp;one of the most sustainable places to make content in Europe.

Backed by Renewable Electricity Guarantee of Origins (REGOs),&nbsp;SSE Green was created to help organisations with greenhouse gas reporting with all electricity supplied holding a zero-emission rating.
The SSE Green certification is an initiative specifically focused on encouraging organisations to demonstrate sustainability credentials and commitment to using renewable energy.

Known to be the media industry’s business network, the DPP was setup to connect companies from the entire media supply chain to create business opportunities, solve problems and share knowledge.
The DPP Committed to Sustainability programme is an industry leading scheme promoting good practice in environmental sustainability and providing a practical tool to assess organisations’ progress against key environmental measures.
